The First 20 Minutes of Madness

I'm all over the place this month.

First I'll be doing the Billy & Mandy panel at WonderCon, where the six or seven lucky people who attend will be able to see the first 20 minutes or so of "Billy and Mandy's Big Boogey Adventure" and then talk about crud.

Late next month I'll be in New York working with Mr. Warburton on the dreaded "Grim Adventures of the KND" crossover. So you NY people hook me up with some fun places to go. That's an order.

The Boogey Man is the primary antagonist in the movie. For a while I was calling this our "Wrath of Khan" movie because Boogey (like Khan) was a villain who only appeared in one episode of the series, and here he is making a big comeback.

Last we left Boogey, he'd failed to cheat Grim out of his job and was left stuck in the nostril of a monster in the Nightmare Realm. How he got out we'll never know, but this time Boogey's got a whole crew of monster pirates and underworld creatures to back him up. He's also got a really stylish pirate hat.

Boogey is voiced again by the lovely and talented Fred Willard, who did such a great job that I'm sad we didn't get to use him more. Boogey does show up once more after "Big Boogey", but you'll have to wait a while for that one...

The Wondercon panel is Saturday, March 3rd from 3:00-4:00 in room 200. See you there!

Two Cons, and Elevator, and a Rug

The Forces of Evil have summoned me to perform their twisted bidding again this year. Twice! I guess I'll be doing panels at Comicon in San Diego and Wondercon in San Francisco. I've never been to San Francisco, much less Wondercon. What should I expect from Wondercon? What can i do or see in one day/evening? Is Rice-A-Roni still the treat up there? How often do you get to see and/or participate in high speed chases?

In other news, Cartoon Network put some fun stuff up in their new Atlanta offices. Here's an elevator painting and an 8-bit rug. Neither of which are bombs.
